How realistic is the preview?
It's a realistic AI illustration of how a treatment could look, generated from the patient's own photo. Individual results vary and depend on a licensed provider's assessment.
Can I brand it to match my practice?
Yes. Palette, logo, and treatment list are configurable per location.
What kinds of aesthetic practices can use it?
Eva is designed for med spas, dermatology clinics, injectors, and plastic or cosmetic surgery practices. Each deployment is configured around the treatments and consultation workflow that practice supports.
How are patient photos handled?
Patients accept one required photo-and-consultation permission before capture. It covers creating and storing the preview, summarizing stated goals, estimating nonclinical consultation readiness, supporting a requested consultation, and bounded internal safety and quality work. It does not authorize medical candidacy decisions or model training. Promotional contact remains separate and optional. Stored images are private and deleted when those purposes are complete, on request, or no later than three years after the most recent saved preview.
What does it cost?
The founding pilot is $99 per month per location for the first two months. Each monthly cycle includes 200 successful previews plus a 40-preview continuity buffer. Failed generations do not reduce the allowance, and there are no automatic overage fees. Continued service after the pilot requires an explicit renewal agreement.
