Eligibility and verification

Standard online setup is for one U.S. clinic location serving U.S. adults age 18 or older. After verifying your email, you'll confirm that you're authorized to act for the clinic. Generic addresses, domain mismatches, multiple locations, and exceptional arrangements may receive personal review.

Plan$499 per location / month + tax

$499 per location per month plus applicable tax, with 100 validated, recoverable previews each paid cycle. You'll see and accept the complete terms and total before Checkout. Nothing is charged on this page.
