Practice website experience
Give website visitors a branded treatment-preview path
Eva hosts a location-specific preview page configured with the practice's logo, palette, enabled treatments, notification owner, and booking destination.
- Practice name, logo, palette, and treatment list
- Exact-domain embed support where configured
- Private lead queue and clinic-owned booking handoff
Quick answer
A white-label AI before-and-after simulator lets a practice offer a branded treatment-preview experience without building an image pipeline itself. Eva's hosted flow combines supported treatment selection, required photo permission, bounded generation, lead capture, consultation request, and staff routing.
Where it fits
Give a visual idea a responsible path into consultation
The image is a conversation aid. The provider remains responsible for assessment, options, risk, and the real treatment plan.
- 01
Campaign landing page
Send a tagged practice campaign to a branded preview route and measure the first-party path from visit to consultation outcome.
- 02
Website handoff
Link or embed the configured preview experience while keeping the practice's own booking destination in the final step.
- 03
Multi-location control
Keep branding, treatments, routing, usage, and outcomes scoped to the correct location tenant.
Product boundary
Visualization, routing, and review—with provider judgment in charge
Hosted setup
Eva provides a configured route rather than requiring a practice to operate an image-generation backend.
Bounded usage
Tenant entitlements, continuity capacity, per-session limits, Turnstile, and cost telemetry keep public generation controlled.
Outcome ledger
Staff can track contacted, booked, attended, treated, and attributable revenue states in the tenant-scoped lead workflow.
Workflow
From interest to a provider-led next step
A bounded path keeps the illustrative image distinct from a clinical recommendation.
- I
Brand and route
Configure the location identity, treatments, notification email, registered domains, and booking URL.
- II
Launch safely
Verify consent text, treatment quality, generation controls, deletion, and routing with the clinic before promotion.
- III
Review outcomes
Use first-party funnel events and the outcome ledger instead of unsupported conversion claims.
Questions
What practices should know before launch
For the complete public-flow terms, read Eva’s Photo & AI Notice.
Does Eva replace the provider consultation?
No. Eva gives the patient and provider a visual starting point. The simulation is not a diagnosis, candidacy decision, treatment plan, or promised result, and a licensed provider remains responsible for assessment and recommendations.
Can the experience match a practice brand?
Yes. The hosted practice experience can be configured per location with the practice name, logo, approved palette, enabled treatment list, lead routing, and booking handoff.
How are photos handled?
The public flow requires the displayed photo-and-consultation permission before capture, keeps promotional contact separate and optional, does not authorize model training, and supports deletion requests. Exact roles and agreements still need practice-specific review.
